Refund Policy
At Jim's Window Cleaning, LLC, we believe that window cleaning is more
than a service — it’s a way of helping our clients enjoy the world through spotless,
streak-free windows. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and we’ve designed a
fair refund policy in line with U.S. consumer protection laws.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied with our
window cleaning service, please contact us within 48 hours of
service completion.
- In most cases, we will first offer a complimentary re-cleaning of the affected area
to resolve the issue.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only when the issue cannot be resolved through a re-clean or
if the service was not rendered as agreed (e.g., missed appointment without
reschedule).
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to johnspence@WndwClnJim.com within
5 days of the scheduled service.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back
to the original method of payment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24
hours before the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation
fee of $25 to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
4. Exclusions
- Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction due to external factors beyond our
control (e.g., unexpected weather conditions after cleaning).
- This policy does not apply to promotional, discounted, or bundled services unless
otherwise specified.
